Kim Scott - award-winning author, 2012 West Australian of the Year and 2019 inductee into the WA Writers Hall of Fame - will speak about his introduction to literature and the ways in which books and other language artefacts might spring from, and also replenish, the stories, history and people of a particular geographic place, paying particular attention to the south-east coast of WA.
